Any of the Potomac Ridge Behavioral Health System facilities, programs, or services may be named as the beneficiary of an IRA, a 401(k), 403(b) or another company-sponsored retirement program. By virtue of a gift of your retirement plan to the Potomac Ridge Behavioral Health Foundation you could be making a prudent tax decision that will provide your estate and heirs with many tax advantages.

Potomac Ridge can be the sole beneficiary or share in a percentage of these funds. New rulings on IRA distributions make it much easier to transfer gifts of your IRA or other retirement plans.
