Ms. Paula S. Widerlite
Paula Widerlite is the Vice President of System Strategy for Adventist HealthCare. She has been with the organization since 1992. In her present capacity, she provides leadership and direction in strategic planning, marketing, communications, government relations/public policy, employer relations, and cancer care services.
For over 28 years, Paula has been involved in the healthcare industry. She has been involved in strategic planning in a variety of healthcare settings including single specialty and multi-specialty medical groups, acute care hospitals, nursing homes and home health agencies. She has been active in a number of professional healthcare associations, serving on national boards as an elected officer, as well as presenting on a number of topics at national and regional conferences.
She is very active in the community as a graduate of Leadership Montgomery, Class of 2005; board member of the Reginald S. Lourie Center for Infants and Young Children; board member of the Potomac Ridge Behavioral Health Foundation; and Chair of Community Services for the Bullis School.
Paula has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Trinity College.
Paula is married to Lawrence Widerlite, M.D. They have two daughters ages 9 and 12.
