Our Services

At Springbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, our caring team of compassionate professionals helps each resident reach the highest possible level of health. Our dedicated team of highly skilled nurses and geriatric nursing assistants provide round-the-clock nursing and personal care assistance to each resident. Rehabilitation services including speech, occupational and physical therapy are also provided.

Our on-site Hemodialysis Unit provides dialysis for residents and individuals in the communtiy who require ongoing treatment for end-stage renal disease. Along with each resident's physician, podiatrists, dentists and audiologists attend to our residents right here in the center. Psychiatric counseling services, X-ray and electro-cardiogram (EKG) services are also available.
