Impact Fund
The Adventist HealthCare Healthy Community Impact Fund is an annual giving program designed for local business partners with an interest in joining our efforts to improve the general health of the community in which we both live.
Background
Based in Rockville, Maryland, Adventist HealthCare employs more than 7,200 people and cares for more than 450,000 men, women and children in its service area communities each year. Adventist HealthCare's primary service areas include Montgomery, Prince George's, and Anne Arundel Counties in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and northwestern New Jersey.
For more than 100 years, Adventist HealthCare, a non-profit network of healthcare and early childhood development providers has been committed to our mission to improve the health of people and communities through a ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
Now, Adventist HealthCare has determined to expand its reach and increase its philanthropic efforts to include a new member in the “Adventist HealthCare family” – its “business partners”.

To achieve continued excellence in its programs and services and maintain its leadership position, Adventist HealthCare has determined to refocus its current fund raising program to attract more funds, using strategies that capitalize on what it does well, building appropriate partnerships, creating the opportunity for an efficient use of our donor’s time and resources, and having a prudent eye on return on the investments that help Adventist HealthCare improve the health and well-being of the communities it serves.
